Sulit.com.ph, as a community-based system, aims for a "self-moderated" community wherein members are allowed to moderate their own posts and also help to moderate posts by other members. This way, it will be easier to manage a continually growing community. This is the main reason why Report Buttons are available everywhere. Any member is allowed to report anything that they think is in violation of any rules and policies set for Sulit.com.ph. Although Admins and Forum Moderators still exist to help moderate the entire community.

Classified Ads Posting Rules

1. Advertisements must be posted in the correct categories. Site admins and moderators can delete any advertisements not posted in the correct categories.
2. Each member is not allowed to have 2 similar active advertisements under one Main Category (e.g. Buy and Sell, Real Estate, etc.). If your advertisement falls in more than one subcategory under a Main Category, select the best and post your advertisement in that subcategory.
3. Each member is only allowed to post an advertisement similar to his/her previous advertisement if the previous one is already deleted or has already expired. Deleted or expired advertisements can be easily re posted with a click of a button.
4. Two or more members are allowed to post similar advertisements as long as these advertisements pertain to different items. Duplicate advertisements and copying of text and images of other advertisements are strictly prohibited.
5. Avoid posting multiple, unrelated items in one advertisement.
6. Do not post any advertisements in the community forum. Keep all advertisement posts in the main website or in your signature.
7. Delete any advertisements that are no longer valid (e.g. sold-out items, jobs filled-in).
8. Always use the correct tags when creating advertisements. Advertisements with incorrect or irrelevant tags are considered misleading and will be deleted.
9. Posting advertisements as response message to other advertisements (advertisement hijacking) is not allowed.
10. Denouncing and prohibiting sale, advertisement or promotion of counterfeit goods, Sulit.com.ph holds you accountable for your own ads and posts that are leading to an infringement of patent and any other rights governed by applicable laws.
11. Misleading information in advertisements are strictly prohibited. Misleading information includes, but are not limited to, incorrect pricing, incorrect condition and images unrelated to the advertisement including thumbnails.
